Hyrox is a global fitness competition combining running with functional exercises. It's open to all levels — you don't need to be an elite athlete to compete. Sean can prepare you from a standing start, building your conditioning and technique at a pace that suits you.

That depends on your goals, lifestyle, and availability. Most clients start with 2–3 sessions per week, but Sean will give you a clear recommendation during your consultation based on what's realistic for you.
